Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly exchange your item or issue you a store credit for a return if your item is eligible for return/exchange.

Please contact us via email to let us know if you are wanting to return or exchange the item(s). The items must be shipped back to The Blvd no later than 30 days from the date your order was placed. In store exchanges must follow the in store exchange policy and be exchanged within 15 days of receiving your order.

Merchandise in new, unwashed, unworn condition may be returned/exchanged as long as the tags are attached and shoes are in original packaging (if any).

Items returned appearing worn, damaged, with deodorant, makeup or animal hair on them, smelling of fragrances or cigarette smoke, or a final sale item, are not returnable/exchangeable. All sale items and items ending in .99 are Final Sale. Any purchase with 30% off or more is Final Sale. If you return an item that is not eligible we will contact you to pay for return shipping. If we do not get a response, we will donate item after 30 days.

Swimsuits, undergarments, shape wear, nikibiki, socks, leggings, beanies, handbags, accessories and jewelry are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for an return/exchange.

Making a Return / Exchange

Contact us right away if you are only needing a size exchange to see if the new size is still available. We will set it aside until your exchange is received, up to 5 days. If an item sells out before you contact us, we will gladly issue you a store credit.

We recommend shipping with a tracking number as we can not be held accountable for customer shipments.

We will process your return/exchange within 5 days of receiving your items. Once processed we will issue you a store credit to use on your next purchase/ship out your exchange.

When making an exchange, we will cover the shipping charge to ship your exchange back to you one time per order. Additional exchanges will be subject to a $6.00 shipping fee.

Damaged or Mis-shipped Items

If we shipped you an incorrect item we will pay for the return shipping back to us and to ship the correct item out to you. Contact The Blvd at customerservice@theblvdfashion.com for more information on mis-shipped items.

We inspect every item before it is shipped and only believe in selling quality fashions. If you receive an item you believe to be damaged or defective and the tags are still attached, please contact The Blvd within 48 hours of receipt. Email customerservice@theblvdfashion.com in order to be eligible for an exchange. Please include the order number and the item number in your email.

Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and will NOT be added to the amount of the return/exchange. In order to keep our prices low, we do NOT do refunds of any kind.

Sizing

We carry many different brands and sizing may vary slightly. Below is a general sizing chart. The fit is young contemporary.

Our Model Kendall is 5'7", a 34C, and is a women's standard size 2. She generally wears a small in tops and a 24 in bottoms.
See each item description for the size she is wearing for a better fit comparison. :)
