How do I exchange an item?
Exchange Policy
We
want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In order to keep our prices low, we do NOT do refunds of any kind. We will gladly exchange your item or issue a gift certificate if it is eligible for an exchange. Please review the following information if you aren't sure if it is eligible for exchange.
- The exchange must be shipped back to The Blvd no later than 15 days from the day the customer received the item.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- Merchandise must NOT have been WORN, WASHED, ALTERED, or DAMAGED in any way.
- Footwear exchanges MUST include the original shoe box in its original condition without postal labels on the box. We do NOT accept exchanges on footwear that has been worn or damaged in anyway. Footwear is NOT valid for an exchange if it is not returned in the original box.
- Due to sanitary reasons Swimsuits, Undergarments, Shapewear and Jewelry are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for an exchange.
- All Handbags, Wallets, Fragrance, and Cosmetics are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for exchange.
- Note: Please do not send Final Sale items back to us,
as no action will be taken, and they will be considered abandoned
merchandise.
- Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and will NOT be added to the amount of the exchange.
Making an Exchange
- Please complete the EXCHANGE FORM included with your order.
- Package your exchange and the completed exchange form and mail it to:

- The Blvd is not responsible for packages that the customer ships. Please use a shipping company with a tracking number and keep the tracking number information for your records.
- We will process your exchange within 5 days of receiving the exchange.
- If you are only needing a size exchange, contact The Blvd right away to see if the new size is still available and we will set it aside until your exchange is received, up to 5 days.
- When making an exchange, The Blvd will cover the shipping charge to ship your exchange back to you.
- If you do not find something you want to replace your exchange with, we will gladly send you an online gift certificate that you can use at a later date. This gift certificate will be for the amount for the exchanged item(s) and we will provide a coupon code for free shipping on your next order.
Damaged, Defective, Mis-shipped Items
- If we shipped you an incorrect item we will pay for the return shipping back to us and to ship the correct item out to you. Contact The Blvd at customerservice@theblvdfashion.com for more information on mis-shipped items.
- We inspect every item before it is shipped and only believe in selling quality fashions. If you receive an item you believe to be damaged or defective please contact The Blvd right away at customerservice@theblvdfashion.com in order to be eligible for an exchange. Please include the order number and the item number in your email.
